As shops at Burnham-on-Crouch came back to life yesterday (Monday, 12 April) with the easing of lockdown restrictions, the Quay Venue company was celebrating a triple triumph.

The Bistro on the Quay re-opened to outdoor diners with two new chefs and a new menu, the newly-refurbished Quay Studios opened with dance classes - and the New Quay Emporium opened, offering a selection of items made and produced by local crafts people.

Co-owner Claire Payne said: "We are really proud of the new Quay Emporium. This will showcase some beautifully unique handmade crafted items, all made by local crafts makers.

"We have a real mixture of items which will make absolutely fabulous gifts all year round. We really really would love everyone to come take a look and fingers crossed they are also stunned by what we have to offer."

"Epic Dance Academy have started their children's and teen dance classes at the Quay Studios, too - so I would like to wish them good luck."

The dance classes are through booking only and you can find out more details by visiting the Epic Dance Facebook page using the link here.
