Tickets have gone on sale for a three-day festival on Osea Island.

The event is planned for 3 to 5 September on the privately-owned tidal island in the Blackwater Estuary.

The festival is being run by event organisers Candypants and the company's website lists key features of the 'One Island Festival 2021' as:

  • three day weekender
  • 24 hour license
  • 23 island properties
  • 4 glamping zones
  • 16 homegrown DJs from the UK and live music
  • seven activation zones
  • independent food brands
  • events from sunrise to sunset and through the night run across the three days, ranging from breakfast club, beach yoga, brunch, pool parties, beach parties, bonfires, silent discos to boiler room late night afters.

A statement on the website adds: "Think the wind in your hair as you dance into the night. The fire of a freshly lit BBQ or roaring bonfire. The cool waters of a pool lagoon paradise. The sandy earth between your toes as you lie on the beach shores. You see after a year of chaos, we think it's about time we brought partying right back to basics again...

"One Island will take all possible precautions to ensure this festival is as safe as possible, but in a way that means every can still have the time of their lives."

The event will be limited to 500 people and more details are available on the Candypants website by using the link here.
