And don't forget, if your business or organisation is running an event, you can advertise it for free with Burnham and Dengie Nub News.

SATURDAY: Enjoy an evening of funk, jazz, pop and rock music

Essex band Raz will be headlining an evening of live music at Langford Village Hall this Saturday (12 February).

The band plays songs across multiple genres - including funk, jazz, pop and rock - and will also be joined by jazz–inspired singer Polly Haynes, who will be performing her own set for attendees.

There will be no bar on the night so feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks.

Head down to the village hall, on Hatfield Road in Langford, from 7pm to enjoy the show.

Tickets cost £6 each or £10 for two people, and you can buy them here.

SUNDAY: Have Valentine's high tea in a Tudor mansion

Treat your loved one to a special high tea for Valentine's this Sunday (13 February) at Creeksea Place in Burnham.

The popular Tudor attraction is offering a special menu full of homemade treats from 2pm to 4pm, with tickets costing £25 per person.

An upgrade to champagne is also available.

SUNDAY: Get your submissions in for the Burnham Art Trail

The Burnham Art Trail is making a full comeback this year, and submissions must be sent in by this Sunday to be considered for the popular community event.

The festival of local talent will take place from 18 to 26 June, and will celebrate local creativity in its many forms - including fine art painting, sculpture, photography and jewellery all within walking distance.

You can click here for the guidance notes, image advice and submission form.
