Superstore looks for community grant nominations from across the district - and announces the latest local winners

TESCO Extra in Maldon is looking for nominations from across the district for the superstore's community grants fund - and has announced the latest local winners.

Rhiain Oakley, Tesco's Maldon Community Champion, said: " We need people to nominate groups, charities, organisations and clubs so we can give them some money now that we're back up and running with our bags of help scheme, which is now called Tesco's Community Grants. "

Local groups winning the January to April voting for the grants, now all receiving £1,000 each, were:

-Tillingham Tigers Football Club

-All Saints School Library, Maldon

-The Maldon Carnival Procession.
